1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Wthworldwidetravels platform to search, compare, or book rental cars, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Driver Age & Eligibility

The primary driver must satisfy the minimum rental age requirements established by the vehicle supplier at the pick-up destination:

Standard minimum age is typically 21 years old. Drivers between 21 and 24 years of age may be subject to a young driver surcharge payable directly at the rental counter.
The primary driver must present a valid, unexpired driver's license in English (or accompanied by an International Driving Permit) at vehicle collection.
A valid physical credit card matching the primary driver's government-issued ID is required for the refundable security deposit.

3. Pricing & Currency

All rates displayed are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless explicitly designated otherwise. Daily rates include mandatory state and local airport taxes as outlined in your itemized price breakdown.

4. Security Deposit Policy

Upon vehicle collection, the car rental company will place a temporary pre-authorization hold (security deposit, typically between USD 200.00 and USD 300.00) on the primary driver's credit card. This deposit is promptly released when the vehicle is returned undamaged and with the agreed fuel level.

5. Free Cancellation Policy

All reservations confirmed through our portal come with free cancellation up to 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up time. Cancellations requested within 48 hours or no-shows at the rental desk are subject to standard fleet supplier fees.

6. Fleet Models & Substitutions

Reservations guarantee a vehicle within the booked category (e.g. "Economy - Chevrolet Spark or similar"). If the specific model is temporarily unavailable due to fleet rotation, the rental company will furnish an equivalent or upgraded car class at no extra charge.
